Alluris' FMT-313 universal tester is a high-precision testing system, developed for materials and component testing in laboratory environments and field applications, including production-line quality control testing.
Intuitive touchscreen controller
Operated through a 10.4" high-resolution (XGA) industrial touchscreen controller, with PCAP technology, securely housed in a rugged aluminum frame. The touchscreen controls and software are both responsive and intuitive for operators. The controller incorporates additional digital and analog I/Os, as well as USB and ethernet interfaces.
Testing and results
Our comprehensive testing software allows manual operation modes as well as predefined test runs. The Alluris Portal offers a library of validated test plans as well as web-based tools to develop your own custom test plans, using a simple visual flowchart editor, that are easily deployed to your testing system.
Your test results are saved to the controller automatically at the end of each test. Simply connect your computer via USB, or connect the controller to your network via ethernet, and test results can be easily downloaded through your web browser.
Results can be exported in multiple industry standard formats, including MS Excel, LabView/Diadem, or in a format for processing in CAQ/QMS packages.
