FMT-220 Vertical Test Stand with Hand Wheel

The FMT-220 test stand is a manually operated testing device, for precisely linear guided movement in order to apply force for push and pull tests.

This test stand in combination with a digital force gauge and an optional laser displacement sensor is particularly utilized for design validations and quality controls.

The strength of material joints (crimping, soldering, splicing, etc.) can be tested, as well as actuation forces of operating devices (buttons, switches and joysticks) or tensile strength of foils and films. FMT-220 series test stands with an additional ball bearing guide are available with measuring ranges up to 2500N.

The hand wheel can be replaced by a motor unit to upgrade the manual test stand to a motorized version at a later date.
