FMT-602 Pendulum-mounted tension hook

Pendulum-mounted tension hook for knobs up to 30mm diameter.

Suitable for force gauges and force transducers with M6 threaded connection.

The support surface with a width of 37mm and an opening of 13mm is pushed under the button to be torn off.

Due to the oscillating bearing, the tensile movement takes place in the force axis of the testing machine.

Maximum force range up to 500N in pulling direction.

The tensile hook can also be used for standardised tensile tests according to DIN EN 71-1:2018.

Here, the tensile strength of swallowable toy parts up to 31.7 mm in diameter is tested.

These parts must have a tear-off force of at least 90 N.
