Dillon force gauges
Calibration of a force gauge of the US manufacturer Dillon Inc. traceable to PTB/DKD/ILAC standards. The detailed calibration certificate includes calculations of the measurement uncertainty, a statement of conformity for the tested gauge and a calibration recommendation according to the selected calibration method according to VDI/VDE 2624 sheet 2.1 or DKD-R 3-3 (B).
Calibration in tension and compression is performed for the measuring range up to 1000N on an automated calibration test bench with staggered N masses. The lowest resolution is 0.2N for instruments with a measuring range up to 2N. Force gauges with a measuring range greater than 1000N are calibrated on a test rig with transfer standard up to 250 kN.
