Dillon Force Gauge
Kalibrierung eines Kraftmessgerätes des US-Herstellers Dillon Inc., rückführbar auf PTB/DKD/ILAC Standards. Der ausführliche Kalibrierschein beinhaltet Berechnungen zur Messunsicherheit, eine Konformitätsaussage zum geprüften Messgerät und eine Kalibrierempfehlung entsprechend dem ausgewählten Kalibrierverfahren nach VDI/VDE 2624 Blatt 2.1 oder DKD-R 3-3 (B).
Die Kalibrierung in Zug- und Druckrichtung erfolgt für den Messbereich bis 1000N auf einem automatisierten Kalibrierprüfstand mit gestaffelten N-Massen. Die geringste Auflösung beträgt 0,2N für Geräte mit einem Messbereich bis 2N. Kraftmessgeräte mit einem Messbereich größer 1000N werden auf einer Prüfanlage mit Transfernormal bis 250 kN kalibriert.

- Auditsicherer Rückführungsnachweis entsprechend der IATF 16949:2016 und DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- Kalibrieranlage mit DIN EN ISO 17025 akkreditiertem Messbereich von 2 N bis 250 kN
- Höchste Präzison, geringe Messunsicherheit (CMC < 0,02%)
